Our new modern apartment is ideal for families seeking convenience and luxury. Located in a high-end area of New Cairo, it’s 20 minutes from airport and very close to amenities like Starbucks, Krispy Kreme, McDonald’s, and western and local restaurants (Chilis, Fuddruckers, Long Horn Texas, Ibn Al Sham). Amenities such as a King Bed, clothes washer, dryer, dishwasher, and microwave provide comfort, while a 75″ smart TV with Netflix provides entertainment. Book with us now for a hassle-free stay.
The space
This spacious 180-square meter (1930-square feet) apartment is located on the second floor with elevator access. Recently finished, it features porcelain and custom tile throughout. The American kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to cook a gourmet meal, including quality pots and pans, all cooking utensils, plates and dishes, blender, toaster, built-in stove, built-in microwave, and large fridge. Additionally, we have an LG clothes washer, clothes dryer, and dishwasher to make your stay comfortable. The property also boasts a 75″ Samsung TV and Samsung sound system in the reception area, as well as a Samsung smart TV in the master bedroom (both with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video included).
This elegant apartment offers a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a large wardrobe closet, built-in closet, and a private full bathroom. The second room features a queen-size bed, a large wardrobe, a vanity/dresser, and a stool, while the third bedroom has two beds, a wardrobe, and a desk. Additionally, custom LED colored accent lighting throughout the house creates a unique ambiance that sets the mood for relaxation and comfort.
The living room is furnished with a large sectional and two chairs, providing ample seating for a family. The modern dining room table is equipped with eight chairs, and the balcony offers a lovely view of the expansive garden located in front of the property. Additionally, guests have access to two full bathrooms, including a private bathroom located in the master bedroom. Both bathrooms are fitted with custom tile and porcelain.

All guests that will be staying in property will need to provide a passport copy before check-in for foreigners or a local state ID for Egyptian nationals
Married couples only would be allowed to stay in property (per Egyptian Law and Cultural norms) and guests would need to provide Marriage certificate before check-in. Groups of men or women are also allowed to stay in the property but no guest of the opposite sex would be allowed to enter property during stay.

You will be staying in our home, so please treat it with care and respect. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, we have some house rules that we ask you to follow
All guests staying in the property must provide a passport copy before check-in for foreigners or a local state ID for Egyptian nationals.
Only married couples are allowed to stay in the property due to Egyptian law and cultural norms.
Guests must provide a marriage certificate before check-in. While groups of all women or all men are allowed to stay, please note that during your stay, guests of the opposite sex will not be permitted to visit or enter the property.
Smoking is not allowed inside the home. We will charge an $85 cleaning fee and mention it in your review. Guests can smoke cigarettes on the balcony with the door closed.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be extra careful not to disturb our neighbors with excess noise during these hours while people in the building are sleeping.
This is a family environment with other people living around you, so please be respectful and avoid upsetting our neighbors.
Local renters must be pre-approved.
No house parties or loud events are allowed. Please note that if the police are called and a noise violation is issued, we will charge you $100 to cover the cost of the fine.
No illegal substances or alcohol are allowed on the premises at any time. If illegal drug use or alcohol is detected, we will charge an additional $150 cleaning fee and report it in your review. This will result in immediate cancellation and eviction without refund.
No pets are allowed on the property. If any animals are detected, we will charge a $150 cleaning fee.
A maximum of 6 people are allowed on the premises during the day. No unregistered guests are allowed without prior permission from management.
One vehicle is allowed to be parked in front of the property as we have limited parking. There is extra parking in front of the park across the street.
Tampering with the security system, exterior security/burglary cameras, internet modem, or WIFI router will result in immediate cancellation and eviction without refund.
Delivery of postal packages or other parcel service is not allowed. However, food delivery services such as Uber Eats are allowed.
